Ewa Sadowska is Chief Executive of Barka UK, which provides severely excluded Eastern European migrants with the opportunity for reconnection and social reintegration. Prior, she was the International Contacts Coordinator for the Barka Foundation for Mutual Help in Poland and Planning Officer at the Population and Community Development Association in Bangkok, Thailand. Sadowska has also been Coordinator at the European Migrants' Integration Network, and since 2012, Coordinator of the International Network for Innovative Social Entrepreneurship (INISE). Sadowska has a Master's in Ethno-Linguistics from the Adam Mickiewicz University of Poznan in Poland and a post-graduate degree in Social Economy Management from Warsaw University.
