Fabrice Seiman is Co-President at Lutetia Capital. He formerly served as Adviser to the French Minister for Budget and State Reform, where he coordinated the Minister's international activities, including fight against counterfeiting, smuggling and money laundering, while also managing the business network and relations with international media. Seiman co-founded and served as President of the Harvard French Review, which was created during the Franco-American crisis over the war in Iraq, in order to foster transatlantic dialogue. Since 2006, he was Professor of Leadership of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris. Seiman holds an MSc in Finance from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris and an MLA in Government from Harvard University.
