Faiza J. Saeed is a Partner of Cravath, Swaine & Moore. She specializes in mergers and acquisitions, takeover defence, proxy contests and corporate governance counselling. She has advised on many of the largest media and technology mergers of the past decade and been recognized for her professional achievements by The New York Times, Crain's New York Business, Corporate Board Member, Dealmaker, New York Magazine, The National Law Journal and The American Lawyer. Cited as one of America's leading lawyers by Chambers and The International Who's Who of M&A Lawyers, she speaks frequently on business issues, including as a guest lecturer at Harvard Law School and panellist at UCLA's Annual M&A Institute and Tulane's Annual Corporate Law Institute. She also serves on the visiting committee for Harvard Law School. Saeed holds a BA in Economics and Molecular Biology (with Highest Distinction) from the University of California, Berkeley, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and a JD magna cum laude from Harvard Law School.
