Geraldine Chin Moody is Group Executive for People, Culture and Sustainability at Virgin Australia, responsible for leadership development, environmental sustainability and community engagement. She is also the Founding Curator of the Global Shapers Community in Sydney and Board Member of the Australian National Committee for UN Women. Prior to her role at Virgin Australia, Chin Moody was the Chief Operating Officer at Baker & McKenzie, Australia, and a Group Executive Committee Member of the Australian Stock Exchange. She also served as President of the Refugee Advice and Casework Service, an NGO that offers legal advice. Chin Moody is a Fulbright Scholar and NSW Telstra Business Woman of the Year, and a graduate of Harvard Law School and the Australian National University in Law and Science. She maintains a range of interests, including women and leadership, human capital development, shared value and mentoring.
