Vice-President, Sustainable Business and Innovation
Hannah Jones is Vice-President of Corporate Responsibility at Nike, Inc., a position she assumed in 2004. She manages Nike’s global corporate responsibility efforts, including labour compliance, sustainability and business integration, global community affairs, stakeholder engagement and regional corporate responsibility programmes. Previously, she worked as the company’s Director of Corporate Responsibility for the EMEA Region. She started as Director of Government & Community Affairs, EMEA in 1998. Among her goals is to continue to integrate corporate responsibility into Nike’s business model and to build strong alliances with multiple stakeholders to help Nike achieve its corporate responsibility objectives. Before joining Nike, Jones served as a consultant to Microsoft and Kimberly-Clark on both companies’ community affairs programmes. She also worked as the European Manager of Community Service Volunteers Media, a United Kingdom-based non-governmental organization, where she led pan-European campaigns on youth issues. Jones began her career as a reporter, researcher and producer for the social action unit of BBC Radio One and Radio Five. She is also a Board Member of CSR Europe, a European business-to-business network that promotes corporate responsibility. Jones holds a BA in Philosophy and French from the University of Sussex.
