Henrik Naujoks is Director and Partner of Bain & Company. He joined Bain & Company in 1993 as a Consultant and leads the Financial Services Practice for EMEA, co-heading the German Financial Services Practice and heading the Dusseldorf office. In the insurance and banking industry, he focuses on corporate and business unit strategies, large-scale transformations and post-merger integration situations. Naujoks holds a PhD in Organizational Theory and Organizational Behaviour from the University of St Gallen and studied business administration at the Ludwig-Maximilians University, Munich. He is dedicated to social initiatives and acts as adviser and board member of several non-profit organizations, including Homeless World Cup, International Bridges of Justice and GEXSI (Global Exchange for Social Investments). He is engaged in educational matters as Co-Founder of LearnMoney, Board Member of Child and Youth Finance and Member of the Dean's Advisory Board at the Otto Beisheim School of Management.
