Ian Pearman is Chief Executive of AMV BBDO, the United Kingdom's largest advertising agency. It works with 88 clients that include PepsiCo, Diageo, GE, Mars and P&G. The agency created the communications for the ”Make Poverty History” campaign and is the industry leader in UK government behaviour-change programmes and pro bono cause work. Since Pearman became CEO in 2010, AMV has become the United Kingdom's most creatively and strategically awarded agency, winning the inaugural global Grand Prix for Creative Effectiveness at the Cannes Advertising Festival. The company was also ranked as the 17th "Best Company to Work For" in The Sunday Times annual survey; in the same survey, Pearman was ranked as the 4th “Most Trusted” leader in the United Kingdom. Pearman is a graduate of Clare College, the University of Cambridge and the Advanced Management Programme at the Harvard Business School.
