Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Jacques-Philippe Piverger is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MPOWERD. He is also Chairman of Regenerer Haiti, land development project in Haiti that focuses on organic produce, manufacturing and residential housing. Prior, he was a Director at PineBridge Investments, with principal investment responsibilities in over US$ 10 billion worth of deals throughout the world. Piverger also worked at AIG Investments, Friedman Billings Ramsey and Barclays Capital in Washington, DC, New York and London. He is Founder and Chairman Emeritus of Soleil Global, a non-profit focused on combating energy poverty globally, and Co-Founder and Board Member of the Council of Urban Professionals (CUP), a non-profit focused on education reform, access to capital and leadership development opportunities for under-represented groups in the United States. Piverger is a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and an Advisory Board Member of George Clooney's Hope for Haiti Now Fund. He has a Bachelor's degree from Georgetown University and an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth.
