Jaeseung Jeong is currently an Associate Professor at the Department of Bio and Brain Engineering in Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). He received a PhD from the Department of Physics at KAIST with a thesis on computational modeling of Alzheimer's brains. He was a postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Psychiatry in Yale University School of Medicine and has been an Assistant Professor at the Department of Psychiatry in Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York. His main research topics include human decision-making, brain dynamics and brain-robot interface (BRI). He is also working on Neuroeconomics, Neuromarketing and Neuroesthestics. He has several national bestseller books on sciences in Asian countries including South Korea, China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong SAR.
