Jeremy Philips is a Member of News Corp's Executive Management Committee and is based in New York. He focuses on strategy and digital acquisitions across the company. He was Vice-Chairman and Co-Founder of ecorp Limited, a holding company for leading Internet businesses in Australia, including ebay Australia, ninemsn and Ticketek. Prior to that, he was a consultant at McKinsey & Company. Philips is a graduate of the University of New South Wales (Arts and Law) and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. He is a director of One Laptop Per Child and REA Group Ltd.
