Joseph Sigelman

Joe is the Chairman of the Atlantic, Gulf & Pacific Company, a leading fabricator of modular refineries, offshore platforms, power plants, LNG facilities and mining process operations. Prior to this, Joe co-founded and was CEO of PetroTiger, what became a 2,500-person engineering/construction and petroleum production services firm still growing today headquartered in Colombia where he lived for four years. Earlier, Joe Co-founded and co-headed OfficeTiger, ultimately a several thousand person professional services outsourcing firm operating in 42 locations globally during which Joe lived in India for seven years. OfficeTiger was sold to RR Donnelley for US$ 250 million in 2006. Prior to this, Joe was a banker in Goldman Sachs Whitehall Funds in London and at Lazard Freres in New York. He graduated from Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School and from Harvard Business School. He is also a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
