Juan Carlos Eichholz is Founder and Director of the Strategic Leadership Center at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in Chile. He is also columnist of El Mercurio newspaper and an active opinion-maker in the country through his participation in television, radio and newspaper debates. Eichholz is one of the creators of the Young Leaders Network, which gathers 450 of the most influential people in the country under 35 years old. He is Founder and Partner of Cambridge Leadership Associates Latin America, an international consulting firm specializing in leadership and organizational change. Eichholz has also been involved in civil society initiatives, as founder and president of two foundations. Eichholz studied Law at Universidad Católica de Chile and holds a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard University.
