Julianne Lee Jihyun
Jihyun Julianne Lee is the founder of JulianneLee & Co., a company that focuses on value-based impact community building in the Republic of Korea. She is also the founder and president of Table for Two Korea, a non-profit organization that provides school meals to children in developing countries. Previously, Lee was Spokesperson of the National Security Council of the Republic of Korea, and the then youngest Presidential Secretary and Spokesperson for Foreign Press Affairs during the Participatory Administration. Prior to joining the government, Lee was a Correspondent and News Anchor at SBS, a major TV network in Korea. She was the first female journalist in Korea to become a solo anchor of a prime time news hour in 1994. She also hosted “Korea Now” on the English-speaking channel Arirang TV. More recently, Lee was Senior Advisor at RBS Korea. Lee received a BA from Brown University, where she graduated magna cum laude with honours, and an MA from Harvard University, where she was the recipient of the Joseph Fletcher Award.
