Kazutomo Robert Hori

Kazutomo Robert Hori was born in Washington DC in 1965. Hori launched his career by joining various projects run by his family such as a hotel building project and the establishment of a nutrition management company for racehorses. With a strong interest in Internet business, Hori founded Paradise Web in 1994, which operated a paid membership Internet portal site for personal computer users. With the experience he benefited from in his first net venture, in 1998 he founded Cybird, a pioneer company providing content and solution services for mobile phone Internet. In October 2006, Cybird and Jimos, a mail order firm, merged to form Cybird Group. He assumed the position of Group Chief Executive Officer of Cybird Holdings. Hori graduated from the School of Law, Kwansei Gakuin University and also studied in London.
