Liliana Gil is a Colombian-born entrepreneur, media contributor and cultural/Hispanic marketing strategist. After working with Johnson & Johnson and Walt Disney Celebration Health, she founded the Hispanic Organization for Leadership and Achievement (HOLA). In 2009, she co-founded XL Alliance. Gil has worked as an analyst of business, politics and Latino affairs; as a TV contributor; and as a columnist with Fox News, Fox News Latino, MSNBC, CNN and The Huffington Post. She is a member of the Harvard Kennedy's School Women's Leadership Board and the Global Diversity & Inclusion Foundation. Awards Gil has received include: Latino Trendsetter (2011); Outstanding Business Woman, National Association of Professional Women (2009-10); Latina Leadership Award, League of United Latin American Citizens (2009); Business Woman of the Year Award; and National Latin Pride Awards (2008). She holds a BA from Southwestern Adventist University; an MBA from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs; and business and post-graduate studies from Deakin University, Melbourne and Rollins College Crummer School of Business.
