Lily Habash is Founder “PARTNERS” and Senior Governance Advisor, Prime Minister’s Office, PNA. She previously served as Special Adviser to the Prime Minister on Political and International Relations and Special Advisor to the Head of the Palestinian Permanent Status Negotiations Team. Habash initiated and helped establish public agencies, such as the PLO Negotiations Support Unit (NSU), Prime Minister’s Office and the Palestine Media Center. Member of the Advisory Board of the Holy Land Christian Ecumenical Foundation (HCEF) and UNDP/PAPP Palestine Human Development Report, she speaks at national, regional and international forums on Palestinian statehood, governance, peace process and West-East religious dialogue. She is the author of articles focusing on women’s rights and national political issues. She holds a BA in Philosophy and a degree in Political Science, The American College of Greece; an MA in International Relations, Birzeit University; a postgraduate diploma in Public Administration, Diplomacy and Negotiations, Ecole National Publique, Paris; and an MBA, Kellogg, Northwestern University.
