On behalf of the former Minister for Employment and Social Policies, drafted the "Code of participation", presented by the Government in July 2012. Co-Founder, Martone & Martone. Currently, Deputy Minister of Employment and Social Policies of Italy. Former: Member, Scientific Committee for Administrative Simplification and the Reform of the Employment Relationship of Civil Servants, within the Cabinet of the Minister for Public Administration; Secretary, scientific committee in charge of drafting a workers' statute, within the Cabinet of the Minister for Employment and Social Policies; Junior Fellow, Aspen Institute Italy; Representative from Italy, Board of Directors, EuroFound, the Dublin-based European foundation for the improvement of living and working conditions. Member of various think-tanks. Editor for newspapers and specialized journals on labour and economic issues. Author of numerous publications on labour law.
