Ndidi Okonkwo Nwuneli is Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Leadership Effectiveness Accountability and Professionalism (LEAP) Africa, Nigeria. Following her early years as a Management Consultant with McKinsey & Company, she returned to Nigeria to fulfil her passion of promoting entrepreneurship and leadership development. She served as the pioneer Executive Director of the FATE Foundation, establishing LEAP Africa and NIA in 2002 and 2003, respectively. Nwuneli is Managing Partner of the African Alliance for Capital Expansion (AACE) and has provided policy, start-up and advisory services to the World Bank, IFC, DFID, Ford Foundation, Oxfam International and UCAD, among others. Nwuneli holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree (with Honours) in Multinational and Strategic Management from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Nwuneli speaks widely on leadership, entrepreneurship, management, youth employment and ethics. Her articles have been published in local and international journals and magazines. Her book, Walking for God in the Marketplace, was released in 2005.
