In 2011, Neil Chugani founded Point Four Two Consulting. Prior to this, he was CFO of Shine Group, responsible for driving the company's financial strategy internationally, and also executing the sale of the company. Prior to this appointment, he was CFO and an Executive Director of BBC Worldwide - the commercial and international arm of the BBC - responsible for leading its financial and M&A strategy, and programming content investment. He was also previously a banker at Goldman Sachs, where he advised a number of the firm's media, communications, technology, and consumer clients on a range of transactions. He also held several senior executive roles at British Sky Broadcasting Group plc - the world's leading satellite-TV business - including Group Director of Corporate Finance, Investor Relations & Treasury. He was named as one of Top 40 media executives under 40 by the Sunday Times in 2008. He started his career at Price Waterhouse, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant after graduating with an MA from Oxford University. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is a former member of the British International Rowing Team and was a gold medallist at the World Rowing Championships in 2001.
