Neil Chugani is Founder of Point Four Two Consulting, as well as Chief Executive of British Rowing and a Board Member of UK Sport, the British government's strategic lead body for Olympic and Paralympic sport. Prior, he was Executive in Residence at Balderton Capital, Europe's leading Venture Fund, and Chief Financial Officers of the Shine Group and Chief Financial Officers of BBC Worldwide. Chugani also worked at Goldman Sachs and held several executive roles at BSkyB Group, the world's leading digital TV business, including Director of Group & Corporate Finance, and Investor Relations & Treasury. Chugani was named one of Top 40 Media Executives under 40 by the Sunday Times in 2008. He started his career at Price Waterhouse, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant after graduating with an MA from the University of Oxford. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Chugani is a former member of the British Rowing Team, was a gold medallist at the World Championships in 2001 and is a Steward of Henley Royal Regatta.
