Nicole Schwab is co-founder of The Gender Equality Project, a Swiss non-profit organization committed to closing the gap in opportunities between men and women in the workplace, through a global certification system in gender equality. Prior to that, she worked as facilitator focusing on processes and events that foster collaboration and innovation within communities and organizations. From 2004-2006 she was Director of the Forum of Young Global Leaders at the World Economic Forum. Previously, she spent five years working on health sector reform projects in Latin America for the World Bank and the Ministry of Health of Bolivia. Nicole holds a Master in Public Policy from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and an MA in Natural Sciences from Christ's College at Cambridge University. She is on the Board of the Fondation d'Entreprise Chanel, which supports projects empowering women around the world.
