Niko Canner's passion is human enterprise - how people organize their work, organizations and societies to achieve their purposes. He spent much of his career as a consultant and an entrepreneur, beginning at McKinsey & Company and then co-founding Katzenbach Partners, where he became Managing Partner and built a top boutique consultancy focused on organization, strategy and innovation. Canner sold Katzenbach to Booz & Company in 2009, and remained at Booz through 2011 as a Senior Partner. He is now a member of the Management Committee at Bridgewater Associates. Canner is a member of the Advisory Council of Acumen Fund, and is co-founder of China 2024, a 20-year longitudinal study of Chinese MBAs.
