Oliver Niedermaier is President and Chief Executive Officer of DF King Worldwide, a global financial communications and stakeholder management firm he founded in 2007 with private equity backing. Since then, he has spearheaded the acquisition of market-leading businesses with the goal of developing a fully integrated service offering that addresses financial communications, corporate governance, investor relations and stakeholder management needs of global public companies. Niedermaier also serves as Non-Executive Director of Equiniti, owned by Advent International, in the United Kingdom and Advisory Board Chairman of the LMU Entrepreneurship Center at the University of Munich. He was previously a Member of the Global Executive Management Board at Computershare, a company he joined when it acquired Pepper Technologies, a technology and consulting business founded by Niedermaier in 1998. In 2005, Niedermaier and his wife established the Tashi Foundation for Bhutan, a non-profit organization affiliated with UNICEF that is dedicated to children's education in Bhutan. He received a PhD in Strategic Management from the University of Munich.
