Oliver Niedermaier is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tau Investment Management, an innovative asset management firm that aims to orchestrate and implement large-scale capitalist solutions to capitalism's worst failures, including overcoming inefficiencies, environmental degradation and labour issues in global supply chains. Niedermaier was previously a Founder and Chief Executive Officer of DF King Worldwide and currently serves as its Chairman Emeritus. He is also a former Operating Partner at Advent International and serves as Non-Executive Director of Equiniti and Advisory Board Chairman of the LMU Entrepreneurship Center at the University of Munich. Niedermaier was previously a Member of the Global Executive Management Board at Computershare, a company he joined when it acquired Pepper Technologies, a technology and consulting business founded by Niedermaier in 1998. In 2005, he and his wife established the Tashi Foundation for Bhutan, a non-profit organization affiliated with UNICEF, which is dedicated to children's education in Bhutan. He received a PhD in Strategic Management from the University of Munich.
