Professor, Behavioural and Brain Sciences
Olivier Oullier is a Professor of Behavioural and Brain Sciences at Aix-Marseille University in France. As a consultant for public and private organizations, he designs and implements evidence-informed behaviour change and engagement strategies. Currently, Oullier is on France's High Council for Strategic Education and Research and works with the French Parliamentary Office for the Evaluation of Scientific and Technological Choices. Previously, he was an adviser at the Centre for Strategic Analysis of the French Prime Minister where he was in charge of the neuroscience and public policy programme. Oullier is a Member of the Steering Committee of the Presidential Obesity Plan and the Virtual Brain Project. He is also Vice-Chair of the World Economic Forum's Global Agenda Council on Neuroscience and Behaviour and Founding Curator of the Marseille Global Shapers Hub. Oullier is a columnist and author of several publications, including “Improving public health prevention with behavioral and brain sciences” and “The Science of Engagement”. He received a PhD from the University of the Mediterranean and is working on a PhD in Economics.
