Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager
Paola Lanzarini is Corporate Social Responsibility Manager of COESIA, a group of innovation-based industrial solutions companies operating globally. Previously, Lanzarini managed various foundations and was Director of Unipolis Foundation, the corporate foundation of Unipol Gruppo Finanziario, acting Executive Director of the Fondazione Isabella Seràgnoli and of Fondazione Nomisma Terzo Settore. Lanzarini currently serves as board member of a social enterprise set up to give work to detainees, and also of the Technical Institute Foundation and of the Friends of the Museum of Industrial Heritage, as well as of the Ethics Committee of COESIA Group. Lanzarini was also a Board Member of CoopAnsaloni, a Member of the Ethics Board of G.D and of Coop Nord-est. She was also Professor of Foundation Management at the University of Bologna. Previously, Lanzarini worked ten years in London as a corporate social responsibility consultant for Burson-Marsteller and subsequently as Director for Strategic Partnerships for LEAD International and was Business Development Manager for Forum for the Future. She received a degree in Economics from Bocconi University in 1993.
