Patricia Menendez-Cambo is the Chair of Greenberg Traurig's International Practice Group, where she brings extensive international legal and business experience to assisting clients in cross-border transactions. She served as the Chief US Legal Counsel for Telefónica and has advised clients on billions of dollars of transactions across the US, Latin America and Europe. Her practice ranges from privatizations, cross-border projects and structured finance transactions. Menendez-Cambo has worked extensively with regulatory authorities in the securities, telecommunications, media, energy and banking industries in the US, Latin America and Europe. She is actively involved in the strategy and operations of her clients' businesses, providing practical solutions and serving as a catalyst for launching and growing successful businesses. A first generation Cuban-American, she has recently been nominated as one of the 100 Most Influential Lawyers of America and was included in the 40 under 40 list of the National Law Journal in 2005. Menendez-Cambo holds a Law Degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a BA in Economics from the University of Miami.
