Co-Founder, Chairman and President
Paul Meyer is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Voxiva, a leading provider of phone and Web-based information solutions for healthcare agencies worldwide. He is the Founder and Chairman of IPKO (the first and largest Internet provider in Kosovo). He previously worked for the International Rescue Committee, where he initiated technology projects to reunify separated refugee children and families in West Africa and the Balkans. Before that he was Chief Operating Officer at Endeavor Initiative. Before that, he was one of President Clinton’s White House Speechwriters. He is also a Fellow of the Markle Foundation and the Foreign Policy Association and a member of the US Council on Competitiveness. Meyer holds a BA from Pomona College, studied Politics, Philosophy and Economics at the University of Oxford and has a JD from Yale Law School.
