Qin Min is the Director of Government Affairs for the McKinsey & Company Greater China Office. Before joining McKinsey, she served as one of the primary diplomatic interpreters for state leaders within the Chinese foreign ministry. She was among the youngest individuals ever to work so closely with the Chinese leadership in this capacity. A 2001 recipient of the FCO Chevening Scholarship, she holds a BA in English and International Studies from Beijing's Foreign Affairs College and a Master's of Philosophy in Development Studies from Cambridge.
