Rossanna Figuera is Co-Founder and Ambassador of Good Things at Wafels & Dinges, an innovative gourmet food concept that quickly became a trend-setting symbol of urban entrepreneurship in New York City. Her business is about making people smile and impacting local communities with its iconic, award-winning yellow food trucks which are ranked Best Food Truck in NY by Zagat and have been consistently voted Best Food Truck in America. Figuera is also the Founder of The Talent Circle, a values-based career management firm specialized in executive search and coaching for professionals involved in Latin America financial services. Her previous experience includes Head of Latin America for executive search firm Options Group, Structured Products Marketer at JPMorganChase and a career diplomat from Venezuela to the United Nations in New York. Figuera holds a Master's degree in Government from St John's University, and is a Columbia University-certified Executive Coach.
