Ruben K. Vardanian is President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Troika Dialog Group. He has also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Rosgosstrakh since 2004 and is a Member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Stock Market Participants (NAUFOR). He is a Member of the Management Committee of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee and Arbitrator of the United Committee on Corporate Ethics. He also serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Higher School of Corporate Governance at the Russian Government Academy of National Economics. He has completed courses at INSEAD and Harvard, post-graduate training at BANCA CRT in Turin and Merrill Lynch's Emerging Markets Training Program in New York City. He graduated (with Distinction) from the Economics faculty of Moscow State University.
