Sangeeth Varghese is Chairman and Founder of LeadCap Trust, a not-for-profit leadership development organization that focused on youth empowerment. Varghese is the author of two bestsellers - Decide to Lead and Open Source Leader: The Future of Organizations and Leadership. He is also contributing editor to The Economic Times and Forbes.com and editor of MSNIndia.com/LeadCap, and sits on the boards of several companies. Varghese was ranked among the world's top leadership thinkers in 2008 by the Bombay Stock Exchange Journal. He was also honoured as an Asian Youth Ambassador by the government of Libya and is a Young Asian Leader nominee of the Asia Society. Varghese was educated at the London School of Economics where he completed a Master's in Development Management and Leadership with scholarships. He also completed an MBA and Bachelor's in Economics with gold medals.
