Seb Bishop is CEO of Goop, a lifestyle business founded by Gwyneth Paltrow. The site Goop.com and its newsletters offer a wide range of advice on such topics as travel, relationships, parenting, cooking and exercise. Prior to this, Seb was the International CEO of (RED), a business founded by Bono and Bobby Shriver to raise money from the private sector to help fight AIDS in Africa. Since 2006 (RED) has raised over US$ 180 million to help over 5 million people in Sub-Saharan Africa. Seb started his career in advertising. He then founded Espotting in 2000, thus pioneering search marketing and pay-per-click advertising in Europe. He expanded Espotting across Europe before selling it in 2004 to FindWhat.com for US$ 180 million. In 2006 Espotting and FindWhat rebranded to MIVA (NASDAQ:MIVA), with Seb as Global President. Seb is also Chairman of Steak Media (sold to Dentsu), an independent Non-Executive Director at Future Publishing, a Governor of the School of Communication Arts, and an investor in a number of start-up businesses.
