Silvia Console Battilana
Silvia Console Battilana is currently a Visiting Scholar in the Economics Department of Stanford University, specializing in auctions. She has 10 years of practical experience in high-stakes auctions, with clients across four continents, including the US government for the Incentive Auction and Fortune 500 bidders in France, Brazil, Canada, Spain, Czech Republic, Romania, Morocco, Norway and Australia. Console Battilana has been an invited speaker at universities worldwide, including Harvard, Berkley and MIT. She was named one of the Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal’s “40 Under 40”, and is active in philanthropy and gender parity initiatives in Silicon Valley. In 2009 she co-founded TEDxSV. Console Battilana holds a PhD in Economics from Stanford University.
