Teruhide Sato is President and Chief Executive Officer of netprice.com, which launched the first Internet system of group buying in Japan where the price reduces progressively as the number of item purchasers increases. Sato also launched CyberCash, an online payment company, to the Japanese market with the Softbank Corporation, one of Japan's leading telecommunication and Internet companies. In 2010, he launched Open Network Lab, a seed accelerator programme in Japan, where he works as a mentor and a board member. Sato is also a member of Nippon Keidanren (the Japan Business Federation) and is a recipient of the Deloitte's Technology Fast 50 Japan ranking. Sato received a BA in Policy Management with first-class honours from Keio University.
