Dashdorj Zorigt is the Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy of Mongolia and Member of Parliament. As a public servant, he has been particularly active in the field of international relations. Previous positions include Chief Executive Officer of Erdenes-MGL, Director-General of the Strategic Planning and Policy Coordination in the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Director-General of the Department of Economic Cooperation Policy Coordination in the Ministry of Finance and Economy, First Secretary at the Department of Multilateral Cooperation in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, First Secretary at Mongolia's Permanent Mission to the United Nations and Deputy Director of the Department of Policy Coordination in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Zorigt obtained his LLM from Kyushu University in Japan. He has an MA in International Relations from the Australian National University and an MA in Political Science from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
