You could soon be eating ‘meat’ made from plants

A worker is seen in the greenhouse of family owned farm "Kligeni" in Cesis August 22, 2014. This technologically developed greenhouse farm cultivates vegetables for the local market. After Russia declared a one-year embargo on meat, fish, dairy, fruit and vegetables from the United States, the European Union, Canada, Australia and Norway, local markets are now over-flooded with imported vegetables from other EU countries. This farm has been forced to sell its produce at a price below costs. REUTERS/Ints Kalnins (LATVIA - Tags: BUSINESS AGRICULTURE FOOD) - GM1EA8M1TV101
