Raising awareness on the food security crisis, Adam Amoussou is a member of the CEOs for Food, Nature and Health group from Davos2022 and is committed to advocating for social equity. He is also a Food Systems Specialist and the Managing Director of Mahouna Pty, Ltd.

Founder & CEO of AMOSCONSULT GROUP multi-awarded Food and Logistics Company based in Cotonou with warehouses in Abidjan, Accra and Lome,
Adam co-founded MAHOUNA Co. in response to being a victim of xenophobic attacks. The South African-based company in the township of TEMBISA (Johannesburg) provides climate-smart E-solutions to Agriculture & waste management and only employs Single mothers, demonstrating inclusion and proving that no matter where we come from we can work together to keep our city clean and provide better living conditions.

He Cofounded THE AYELE ORGANIZATION nonprofit fighting for Equal chances and peacebuilding across Africa, being a victim of Xenophobic attacks He vowed to educate youth about the consequences of such discrimination by raising awareness, He joined the peace-building Cohort during the Shape Africa 2018. In partnership with the Red Cross, He reaches out to rural Kids on the Continent especially girls through scholarship donations, leadership and sexual education.

Adam is a Forbes Africa U30, Top 30 Global Gurus, Top 100 BYM, AABLA Award and Forty U40 nominee, partner of the AU-EU Cooperation and of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) and above all he is a proud member of the GSC Cotonou Hub.
Doing businesses all around Africa, Adam believes that open borders, inclusive entrepreneurship and equal chances for every child of his wonderful continent are key to Africa’s bright future and He’s committed to that.
