Degree in English Language and Literature, Novi Sad; postgraduate studies in International Relations, European and South-East European Studies, Athens, Greece; PhD degree candidate in European Union Law, Law Faculty, Belgrade. 2010-12, Ambassador, Head of the Mission of Montenegro to the EU. 2010-14, Permanent Representative, Ambassador of Montenegro to Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, the Hague. 2011, Chief Negotiator for Montenegro's Accession to the European Union; 2012, National Coordinator for Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance. 2012-16, State Secretary for European Integration. Since 2016, Minister of European Affairs. Speaks English, Italian, French, Slovenian and Macedonian. Member, Mensa Montenegro. Author of several specialist papers on international relations and geopolitics, as well as the novel “Amabor”. Honorary Captain, Boka Navy (Bokeljska mornarica). Interests: writing and sculpting.
