Alex Koster is a Managing Director and Partner at the Boston Consulting Group. Alex leads BCG’s global automotive technology business and the global Digital Ecosystems business. He focuses on automotive software, autonomous driving, digital cabin, software monetization, semiconductors. He also leads data-driven transformations, focusing on customer experience, personalization and new business models. His clients include automotive OEMs, suppliers, high-tech and internet firms globally. Alex has a long experience working with digital-native tech firms on digital businesses and technologies. Alex holds a M.Sc. in electrical engineering from the Swiss Polytechnic Institute in Zurich (ETH Zurich) and an MBA from INSEAD, France.
