Andy Loy (formerly Kunze) is an entrepreneur, impact investor and philanthropist. He is Co-Founder and CEO of RHISE AI, the company behind Lucie, the leading privacy-first European personal AI for what matters in life: health, relationships and purpose. He is Co-Founder and former CEO of KONUX, now Vice Chairman, and Co-Founder of Founder.org and EarthChild e.V. He serves on several impact boards and advisory roles and is a member of the World Economic Forum's Global AI Council. He studied Information Systems at TUM and Stanford University. Named the youngest CEO on Capital Magazine's "40 under 40 Entrepreneurs", he was selected for Forbes' "Top 30 under 30 Europe", MIT Technology Review's "Top Innovators under 35 Germany" and the "European Young Leaders" (EYL40) programme. The World Economic Forum selected him as a "Technology Pioneer" (2017) and a "European Digital Leader" (2019), and as its youngest "Global AI Council Member" (2020). At 29 he built KONUX into one of Europe's fastest-growing AI companies focused on sustainability, raised more than $200M and build the company across 4 continents, more than 10 countries and a valuation +$750M. With the great support of his wife Lara, shortly before his 30th birthday he had a heart burnout and came to the realisation that there is much more in life than business success and money. Now he is in service of humanity and the planet through conscious and social ventures and sustainable investments with positive impact.
