Angèle Melly Yanga

Angèle is a social entrepreneur, passionate about technology and social innovation. She has over ten years of experience in community development; especially working with food-deprived communities, internally displaced persons, and youth affected by homelessness.

She's the co-founder and Managing Director of Bridging Afrika, a social enterprise that uses technology to solve developmental challenges in Africa.

Angèle is also a Project Manager, a Global Shaper at the World Economic Forum's Global Shapers Community, a mentor at the Climate Reality Leadership Corps, and an alumna of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI).

Angèle is committed to improving the state of the world; that is why she is actively involved in youth organizations, where she works with young leaders on small to large-scale projects in impact areas such as digital transformation, technology and innovation, health, environment, education, and leadership.

She truly believes that civic engagement that upholds the principles of the African philosophy of UBUNTU can lead to sustainable and equitable development.
