Over 17 years of professional technical and operations experience in the national and int'l space security arena. Nine years, Officer, US Air Force. Formerly with US Strategic Command's Joint Space Operations Center. Currently, Director of Program Planning, Secure World Foundation, resp. for strategic planning for future-year projects to meet the Foundation's goals and objectives, and conducting research on global space situational awareness, space traffic management, protection of space assets and prevention of conflict in space. Organizes national and int'l workshops to increase awareness of and facilitate dialogue on space security and sustainability issues
