๐ก He works at the intersection of innovation, strategy, design and technology. Christian is well-versed in leading end-to-end projects across London and Hong Kong with Fortune 500 companies, scale-ups, and startups. His areas of expertise vary from idea development, business model design, and prototyping, to strategy and digital/AI transformation. The suite of design skills he uses include human-centred design (HCD), lean startup, agile, and systems thinking.
๐ As part of the Global Shapers, a membership-based organisation from the World Economic Forum for change-makers & young leaders, Christian co-founded a new design hacking initiative called #inspirehacks and is building a new venture on intersectional investing. He is also Regional Leader for the Shaping the Future of Work project, showcased at Davos 2020.
๐ณ๏ธโ๐ Within and beyond the business realm Christian has created several inclusion programs, from founding LSE's LGBT+ Global Alumni (LGA) group to co-founding the UK Network of LGBTQ+ Cypriots. He is globally recognised for his impact and became an inaugural member of The Alliance by McKinsey & Company for the world's most influential LGBT+ leaders.
