💡 He works at the intersection of innovation, strategy, design and technology. Christian is well-versed in leading end-to-end projects across London and Hong Kong with Fortune 500 companies, scale-ups, and startups. His areas of expertise vary from idea development, business model design, and prototyping, to strategy and digital/AI transformation. The suite of design skills he uses include human-centred design (HCD), lean startup, agile, and systems thinking.
🌍 As part of the Global Shapers, a membership-based organisation from the World Economic Forum for change-makers & young leaders, Christian co-founded a new design hacking initiative called #inspirehacks and is building a new venture on intersectional investing. He is also Regional Leader for the Shaping the Future of Work project, showcased at Davos 2020.
🏳️🌈 Within and beyond the business realm Christian has created several inclusion programs, from founding LSE's LGBT+ Global Alumni (LGA) group to co-founding the UK Network of LGBTQ+ Cypriots. He is globally recognised for his impact and became an inaugural member of The Alliance by McKinsey & Company for the world's most influential LGBT+ leaders.
