Karina serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director on the Board of Italian oil & gas company Eni SpA, where she is currently a member of the Control & Risks Committee and the Sustainability & Scenarios Committee, having previously also been a member of the Compensation Committee.
Karina holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from Columbia University Graduate School of Business in New York and a BA in Political Economy from the University of Toronto.
