At the World Economic Forum, Kenneth's mission is to embolden the reputation and representation of Hong Kong and its innovations to the world. He is a session contributor at Davos Agenda 2021 on the topic of "Accelerating Grassroots Innovation". Kenneth is a member of the Forum's UpLink Innovators community as well as the Global Innovators community. His forum engagements are (i) Shaping the Future of Media, Entertainment and Sports, (ii) Advancing Global Digital Content Safety, (iii) Accelerating Digital Transformation, (iv) COVID Response Alliance for Social Entrepreneurs and (v) Navigating Global Value Chain Disruption. Kenneth is a Young SDG Advocate whose focus is on the intersectionality of #impact, #innovation and #inclusion. Through a hybrid for-profit and non-profit circular model, he wishes to advance multi-stakeholder capitalism, with a focus on financial and social justice, equality and well-being. He is the Founder and CEO of Global Citizen Capital, an inter-disciplinary impact venture focused on education, technology and healthcare. His for-profit ventures include Ntuple (Global Innovators Community), Family Mask (UpLink Innovators Community), the MXA Group (a UNGC member) and ITS Education (a UNITAR partner - in "stealth mode") . His non-profit ventures consist of Better Together Foundation, Asia World Anti-Aging and Well-Being Association ("AWAWA"), and KIDsforSDGs - Education 4.0. Global Citizen Capital is a proud supporting organization of StartmeupHK, an initiative by InvestHK aimed at helping founders of innovative and scalable startups from overseas to set up or expand in Hong Kong. Its flagship event, StartmeupHK Festival, is Asia's largest entrepreneur and innovator summit. Kenneth is particularly passionate about the advancement of quality education. Through KIDsforSDGs, he has built a leading community of young global changemakers in Asia through his engagements with World Humanitarian Forum (where he serves on the Youth Council), InterPride (where he sits on the Board as VP of Accessibility, Diversity and Inclusion), Asian Development Bank, Geneva Tsinghua Institute, iGEM Community, UNITE 2030, YOUNGA, SDG Labs and more. A firm believer in intergenerational learning, Kenneth's goal is to empower Hong Kong to become Asia's hub in Education for Sustainable Development, as a Global Schools Advocate of UN's Global Schools Program. He is a passionate writer, and has authored the "Career Planning Algorithm" based on his 15 years of conducting campus recruitment and university alumni interviews. He is a frequent speaker and contributor on topics such as youth empowerment, health preservation, impact investment, social justice, LGBTI equality and the Global Goals. His various endeavours are part of the UN Global Compact and UN ESCAP communities - an example is Family Mask, which he co-founded in 2020 as an impact start-up. The PPE manufacturing company is a UN SDSN Youth Solutions Innovator for its PPE Technology Access Alliance and donated over 2,000,000 face masks to marginalised communities around the world, with the support of the Forum of Young Global Leaders and Global Shapers Communities.
