Lea Weibel joined the World Economic Forum in 2022 as part of the Early Career Programme in the Strategic Partnership team. Currently, she works as a Specialist for the Network of Global Future Councils in the Centre for the New Economy and Society. Lea holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. Her passion lies in creating partnerships and shaping a sustainable and technologically advanced future. In her role, she collaborates with experts and thought leaders, driving discussions and initiatives for positive global change.
