Joined Ørsted as Chief Executive Officer in 2021. Formerly, Chief Executive Officer and Group President of Grundfos, leading their sustainability agenda. Prior to joining Grundfos, held several management positions at Lego for 23 years. Holds a Master of Science in International Business, 1991. In 2017, appointed by the Danish Government to represent Denmark in the Business and Sustainable Development Commission. Member of the Board of FL Smidth and member of the Advisory Board of Axcel.
