Roddy Weller is responsible to build-up the Alliance for Clean Air in collaboration with the Clean Air Fund, a philanthropic initiative that is partnering with the World Economic Forum to tackle air pollution around the world. He joined the Forum in 2015 to manage the engagement of a portfolio of Global Agenda Councils in energy, materials and health industries. He was subsequently curating a portfolio of energy initiatives that were aligned with the Forum's mission to accelerate and scale their impact.
Previously he was running an energy efficiency programme for a London based consultancy focusing on projects in HVAC, lighting and refrigeration. Delivered energy saving projects to more than 200 retail stores between 2011 to 2015 as main contractor including full building refurbishment. He has a BSc in Geography with Earth Systems Science and an MSc in Climate Change Risk Management from the University of Exeter.
