Sylvie Ouziel

Chief Executive Officer, Shared Platforms, Publicis Groupe SA

As CEO of Publicis Groupe's Shared Platforms, Sylvie is in charge of digital, HR, finance shared-services as well as Marcel AI corporate platform, procurement, real estate and insurance.

Previously, Sylvie was International President of Envision Digital (Europe, NA), in charge of International Expansion of the Groupe, and concurrently Managing Director of Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. She notably led the launch of "Sunderland 2" and "Douais electric vehicle battery plant" projects ase well as numerous Net Zero industrial and digital contracts in Europe and USA with leaders of the energy, real estate and smart city segments.

With 30 years of experience in business transformation and technology leadership roles, Sylvie was Global CEO of Allianz Assistance and Asia Pacific CEO of Allianz Partners for four years. In this role, Sylvie delivered high-touch, high-tech services to consumers in a B2B2C mode for business partners in mobility, home and consumer electronics. Sylvie joined Allianz in 2012 and her first role was to establish and lead the company’s global Shared Services covering digital transformation and global operations.

Prior to this, Sylvie spent 20 years with Accenture where she led transformation projects for industrial clients spanning across the airspace, automotive, construction, pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Sylvie’s last position at Accenture was Global COO of Accenture Management Consulting.

Sylvie graduated from Ecole Centrale Paris with an engineering degree specializing in economics. She also holds an Accenture-sponsored Kellogg Executive MBA from Northwestern University in the US.

Sylvie Ouziel is also currently member of the Board of Directors and Audit committee of Covivio.She was Board Member of M6 (TV chanel and owner of RTL France radio channel) and Aperam at IPO time (stainless steel spin off of Arcelor Mittal).
