World Economic Forum

Global Battery Alliance

The following groups are responsible for the governance and day-to-day work of the Alliance:

  • Supervisory Council, providing overall guidance and stewardship
  • Executive Board, serving as a structured group to raise and discuss topics affecting the Alliance as a whole and overseeing the Secretariat, activities of the Alliance, involvement of key stakeholders and progress towards realising the Alliance’s strategy
  • Working Groups, advancing projects and initiatives subsumed under the Alliance and offering platforms for the formation of country initiatives
  • Partner Group, comprising all Partners of the Alliance; Partners are eligible to sit on the Supervisory Council and the Executive Board
  • Secretariat, implementing and carrying out the work of the Alliance in accordance with the decisions of the Supervisory Council, the Executive Board, and any policies of the Alliance. The Secretariat is hosted by the World Economic Forum in Geneva.
