Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank was established in 1997 as a public joint stock company. It is listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange and operates under the supervision and the regulatory framework of the UAE Central Bank. Its mission is to offer Islamic financial solutions for the global community and it carries out all contracts, operations and transactions in accordance with Islamic Shari'a principles.
